•	Work with Director of Coaching to create and implement a curriculum for all
U8-U14 girls teams and coaches in the club  
•	Evaluate effectiveness of development program (such as, for example, the
effectiveness of the program preparing players for the High School program) and
report outcomes to DOC and Board of Directors.
•	Create a pathway from U8 to HS for Girls to develop the required skills as a
player and as a representative of Northwind and AYSO Region 418, and work with
the High School Program Director on ensuring players meet expectations when
entering the High School program.
•	Be present at practices from Tuesday through Friday.
•	Head Coach of two/three teams.
•	Be available to cover any game or practice conflicts.
•	Meet with DOC on a bi weekly basis to discuss progressions of programs.
•	Attend an all trainer meeting every two weeks.
•	Assist DOC in coaching evaluations.
