Heart of the City is a professionally managed non-profit in Waukegan helping
underserved youth advance their future through soccer and education. We are well
funded with a board that is set to ensure the success of our players and staff.

Looking for highly motivated, energetic coaches who possess the ability to
connect with and inspire young athletes within our Grassroots / Academy / Travel
programs.

Minimum Requirements: 
USSF Grassroots License
Experience in coaching youth soccer 
Availability to work late afternoons/evening and possibly weekends
Ability to work with people in a multicultural, diverse socio-economic setting

Preferred candidates should have: 
USSF D or National Youth License or higher 
Previous playing experience
