Team Elmhurst Soccer Club (TESC) is looking for coaches for the Spring/Fall 2022
season.

At TESC, we believe our coaches have the opportunity to give every player a
chance to experience the thrill of competition, encourage the camaraderie of
friends, and teach our players important life lessons through the shared
experience of sports.  Coaching for TESC is not just about winning games, but
about the opportunity to develop every player’s skills and encourage a
lifelong love for health, fitness, teamwork and fun. 

Coaches will be expected to manage all aspects of coaching during weekday
practices and weekend games.

As an TESC Coach, you must demonstrate an excellent ability to relate to kids
and be able to teach life lessons as well as the game of soccer.  Communication
with the players, parents and other staff members is an essential part of the
job. 

You must also demonstrate the ability to teach the club's curriculum, maintain
our guidelines, and demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct at all
times.

State and National Coaching licenses are preferred.   Please send resume to Ben
