Synergy SC (Glen Ellyn/Wheaton) Staff/Team Head Coaches Needed
 
Synergy SC is seeking professional individuals who have a commitment to teaching
and a passion for the game of soccer.  Candidates should have an understanding
of player development and want to work in a collaborative club environment. 
Coaches will work within the Synergy SC curriculum and follow the club
philosophy as a team coach to youth players from 7-18.  Synergy SC teams will
compete in the IWSL, YSSL, IYSA Premiership, and MRL divisions with some
additional tournaments.   
 
Requirements:
Candidates should have (or be willing to attain):
-         USSF ‘E’ Certificate or higher
-         Experience in coaching youth soccer
-         Experience in a professional environment
-         Ability to be a team player and coach within a player-centered
curriculum
-         Ability to pass a background check
-         Ability to work late afternoons/evening and weekends
 
Preferred candidates should have:
-         USSF ‘D’ License or higher
-         Previous college playing experience or equivalent
 
Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and number of teams.
