Northwind Soccer is currently seeking a qualified Head Coach.

**Head Coach**

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and motivated, with the
ability to build positive relationships with players of all ages and skill
levels. They will challenge and inspire players to grow both as athletes and
individuals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coaching teams during practices, games, and tournaments
* Planning and implementing training sessions based on the club curriculum
* Effective communication with players, staff, and parents
* Attending meetings and organizing game schedules

**Qualifications:**

* USSF License (or United Soccer Coaches equivalent) with a commitment to
ongoing professional development
* Willingness to coach players from U7 through U19 age groups

**Compensation:**

* Salary based on the number of teams and experience
* Reimbursement for continuing education courses
