FC Mirage Coaching Staff Expansion (2026–27 & Beyond)
FC Mirage is actively building our next phase of growth and is seeking driven
coaches to join our staff across all age groups (U7–U19).

What You’ll Do
Lead teams within full-season programming
Deliver high-quality, structured training sessions
Develop players in both training and game environments
Collaborate with coaching staff across age groups

Who We’re Looking For
Coaches ranging from entry-level to experienced team leaders
U.S. Soccer Federation licensed (Grassroots minimum; higher preferred)
Strong presence, communication, and reliability
Passion for long-term player development (not just game results)
Availability for evenings, weekends, and tournament travel
