Team Evanston is looking for passionate and committed coaches to join our youth
development pathway for the 2026–2027 season.

We are seeking coaches for our U8–U12 age groups who are excited about
developing players in a positive, competitive, and growth-focused environment.

Coaching Requirements

Minimum US Soccer Grassroots License required
Higher licenses strongly preferred
Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Passion for working with young players and families.

Coaches are expected to:

Plan and lead engaging training sessions
Prioritize technical development and love for the game
Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff
Attend team trainings, games, meetings, tryouts, and club education events
Represent Team Evanston in a positive and professional manner
